Research on Optical and Electrical Properties of ITO/NPB/Alq_3/LiF/Al OLED

GUI Tai-long,JIA Wei,WU Feng-min,DONG Xiao-li(College of Applied Sciences,Harbin University of Science and Technology,Harbin 150080,China)  
A kind of multi-layer OLED,whose structure is ITO/NPB/Alq3/LiF/Al,is fabricated.The I-V properties,brightness-voltage properties and electroluminescence spectra of the device are tested.When the applied voltage is 16V,the maximal electric current of the device is 21.70mA and the maximal brightness of the device is 11 700cd/m2;When the applied voltage is 14V,the electroluminescence spectra has one peak at 528nm and the maximal normalized intensity is 0.5221a.u.
