Causes for the Academic Brain Drain:Based on Stress Management

The stress management is more and more valued by organization and become the important content of human resource management.Researching stress is still in the early stage in China.This paper attempts to discuss academic brain drain based on Stress management in order to provide basis for organization to retain and attract talents.
