Optimum Design of Plane Four-bar Mechanism for Scheduled Tracks

LIU Tian-xiang,ZHANG Yun-wen,FENG Yu-he et al.  
According to the movement analysis on curves described by certain points on plane four-bar mechanism, the mathematical models were established;using inner point penalty function method and computer design, the length and angles of each bar were optimized, and by means of MatLab, the scheduled movement tracks of four-bar mechanism could be carried through. The optimum design of plane four-bar mechanism could realize the tracks of 12 specific points and the programme presented here could enhance the designing efficiency and insure the designing accuracy markedly.
