Study of Water-extration Process of Epigoitrin from Radix isatidis by Orthogonal Experiment

To optimize the water-extraction process of epigoitrin from Radix isatidis and chose extraction amount of epigoitrin as index,the effects of liquid-solid ratio,soaking time,extracting time and extraction times on extraction technology were investigated by single factor experiments. Based on the results,the best extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the effects of each factors on extraction process was that liquid-solid ratio extracting time extraction times soaking time. The optimum extraction process was as following:adding 20 times water,soaking 60 min,extracting 60 min and extracting 1 time. This optimized technology was simple,feasible and good repeatability,which could be used to extract epigoitrin from Radix isatidis.
