Genetic Analysis of Rice Panicle Type Structure

Jiang Tingbo;Li Rongtian;Cui Chenghuan;Li Chunlu (Northeast Agricultural University)  
in the Griffing 2 diallel which included 5 rice Varieties.F2 Were used in analyze the genetic characters uf panicle structure.The studies shuwed following points,Rice panicle structure characters were mairlly determied by addictive effects of gene.The G.C.A.effeets were different among Characters and Varieties.There were signifficant positive Currelation between the G.C.A.effect and phenutypic performance of parents.The broad and narrow heritabilities of characters about panicle type were both high,so Were the Coefficients of genetic variation and expected genetic advances.It s possible the improvement of the panicle structure by selection in panicle length.number of primary and secondary branch.spikelet number and grain weight per panicle etc.
