Nursing staff orgnizational commitment interrelated the research status quo

Analysis the nursing staff orgnizational commitment interrelated the research status quo,educed the conclusion:at present the nursing staff orgnizational commitment were not been systemic sort,and need must do the data research for the relativesof social support,work accidie and orgnizational commitment in domestic nursing staff.
