LIN Huayan, LIN Xiuru(The Affiliated First Hospital of Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350005)
Objective:To investigate the nursing points in the percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA) in the treatment of primary liver cancer intrahepatic recurrence after operation. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the matching nursing understanding in PRFA in the treatment of 48 cases of primary liver cancer intrahepatic recurrence after operation. Results:There was no radiofrequency ablation treatment-related death case. One week after treatment, liver function of all patients showed no significant change compared to those before treatment, and the patients were successfully discharged. Conclusion:The important factors of accomplishing PRFA and improving the quality of life were adequate preoperative preparation, targeted care and close observation of patients with postoperative complications.
