An Analysis of Teachers' Infringement on Students' Rights

In today's traditional education, as the main part in the process of teaching and management, the teacher may inevitably do educatees some harm. This is usually shown by the fact that the teacher infringes the educatees' rights of human dignity, reputation, privacy, life and health, and receiving education. Such infringement is nothing new, and what counts is that the teacher doesn't have a correct understanding of the law of education. This paper attempts to discuss the harm to educatees caused by the teachers in the process of teaching management.
