Research on key factors of pervious concrete for road pavement based on frequency analysis and optimization

Effects of experimental method such as experimental material,mixing process,formation way,curing form,testing method on compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete were analyzed in detail.By selecting rational experimental method and adopting uniformity experiment with 3 levels,the law of effects from key factor such as aggregate diameter(x3),ratio of aggregate to cement(x2),ratio of water to cement(x1) on compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete was studied in accordance with F-test by variance analysis,so that optimization of experimental result can be determined based on frequency analysis.The research shows:there exists exponential relation between compressive strength and permeation coefficient of pervious concrete,x1,x2 and x3 are key factors which influence compressive strength and permeation coefficient,and reach significant or above level;when x1,x2 and x3 are 0.306 4~0.312 3 mm,4.20~4.308 5 mm and 8.65~14.935 mm respectively,we can obtain pervious concrete at 28 d with compressive strength of 30.0~32.0 MPa,permeation coefficient of 10.5~12.5 mm/s,which can satisfy drainage and strength of ordinary road surface.
