The Uniform Legal Professional Qualification System and the Supply-side Reform of the Legal Education

The legal education will be confronted with more opportunities and impacts in the context of the uniform legal professional qualification system. To change the present situation that the legal personnel training can't adapt to the nation's law construction, the supply-side reform of the legal education must be started. Some measures can be carried out, such as the Ministry of Justice participating the authentication of the law schools, the reform of the law course system, and the advancement of the law specialty teachers practical capability.
