Investigation on the Nurses' Response to Tension in the New Era and Countermeasures

Objective To investigate the nurses' response to tension in the new era and to search for a good way for reducing the working tension. Methods A questionnaire investigation was performed on 186 nurses. Results Most of the nurses actively copied with the tension. Support, body relaxation, self analysis were the effective measures for reducing tension. Conclusion Good self regulation could reduce the working tension of the nurses. In addition, the support of the managers could effectively influence the mental health of the working staff.
