Clinical Observation of Urinekinase in Hematoma Removal with Microsurgery (58 Cases Report)

Objective To study the curative effect of urinekinase in hematoma removal with microsurgery. Methods 58 cases of hypertension cerebral bleeding patient were performed hematoma removal with needle under CT location and urinekinase lysis the hematoma. Results The removal time were 24 h in 18 cases, 24~48 h in 26 case and over 48 h in 14 cases. All patient had no bleeding during and after operation. ADL score was improved. Conclusion Urinekinase might be stable in pharmacology with less side effect, easy perform, cheap and accuracy effect.
