The Application of Metal Storm System to Close-in Defense

This paper analyzes the mission of metal storm weapon system in close-in defense.The new system's necessary and feasibility are pointed out,it's structure and basic function are also suggested.Then it mainly points out some key technologies which need to be solved.In the end,the new system's advantages are summarized.So it can give a new thought for the close-in defense.
