The Group Decision Method with Partial Information on the Evaluation of Battle Ability of Tank Weapon System

The evaluation of battle ability of tank weapon system is set up by the method of the group multi-attribute decision-making with partial information according to the new trend of assessment on battle ability of tank weapon system.The partial information of Tank Weapon System under each attribute is get according to preference and mastery on information of each individual in the group.Group preference can be formed by massing partial information in utility,so the rank and superiority of Battle Ability of the weapon system can be achieved.This method is simple in model which is easily to be carried out by computer,and provides a better way of solving the problem of battle ability evaluation of tank weapon system in the information condition.
