Random Theory Applied to Environmental Impact Risk Assessment

Zhong Zhenglin Zeng Guangming Yang Chunping Xie Gengxing (Dept of Environmental Engineering,Hunan Univ,410082, Changsha, P R China)  
Aimed at environmental impact risk assessment (EIRA),a risk assessment model of Markov chain is presented in this paper.The reliability of the model was demonstrated and the change tendency of environmental quality was revealed by means of an example .Thus the scientifical basis for making policy on environmental risk management was provided.
