Numerical Simulation of the Vertical Partition Air Flow in Large Space Building

This paper studied the vertical partition air flow in large space building by numerical simulation method with κ ε model.The vertical partition air flow is formed by paralleling a few nozzles efflux on the top and a few exhausts on the floor board of the room.Important influence factors,such as location and size of nozzles and exhausts,parameters of air flow of efflux noozles,are pointed out clearly.Critical parameters which determine the vertical partition air flow are presented also.The research is important to guide air pollution control,air cleaning and zoned air conditioning engineering in the large space building.
