Synthesis of Skeleton Ti Catalyst And Study On Performance

Used lauryl amine, as well as hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as templating agent, Ti catalyst with mesoporous framework(Ti-HMS and Ti - MCM - 41) were synthesized. FT-IR shows that there is a weak band near 960cm-1, and the intensity of this band corresponds well with the content of Ti - loading. The conditions of synthesis of the catalysts were systemically researched. Experiment data show that the percent conversion of styrene approaches 80% and yield of epoxy styrene gets to 70% at 650℃ calcining temperature, 200℃ activating temperature, 45-55℃ reacting temperature.
