Study on Drying Technology of New Microbial Pesticide

Bacillus methylotrophilus( BAC- 9912) is a novel microbial pesticide. Based on the character of its heat- sensitive,the survival of viable in products is influenced by drying method,temperature and time. As a result,two indicators about the moisture of material and the survival of viable should be considered in drying process. Vacuum drying process referring to Bacillus methylotrophilus is investigated deeply in the article,refining and optimizing the process parameters,the optimal parameter is 70 ℃,vacuum degree 0. 09 MPa and drying 8 h,the rate of the survival of viable could reach to 80%,thus,the technical foundation for the product industrialization is established.
