DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION PLATFORM FOR MULTIMEDIA INSTRUCTION DEMONSTRATION SYSTEM

CAI instruction demonstration system is designed to teach visually, describe the variant process of problem, analyze thoroughly the knowledge point. The production platform for multimedia instruction demonstration system (DMaker) is designed for this purpose. This production platform is designed with object oriented method, the object including not only the pro_ perty and action of data but also some new feature, such as action arrangement and event processing, and provides the user a extensible database of control. The DMaker provides a visualized integrated developing environment. The user can develop without programming a CAI instruction demonstration system which is able to devise multiple cooperative actions or a single action, to automatically play the arranged actions, and to response the user input and jump accordingly. In conclusion,damper is a efficient tool to develop instruction demonstration system for teachers. This paper also discuss a pattern of the production platform for multimedia instruction demonstration system, and outline the design idea and implementation method from the aspect of application in instruction.
