Relationships among Yield,Yield Components and some Features of Ratooning Rice

TANG Wen bang,CHEN Li yun,XIAO Ying hui,LIU Jian feng (College of Plant Science and Technology,HNAU,Changsha 410128,PRC)  
The relationships among yield, yield components and ratooning features such as evenness degree of plant height and panicle length were studied with 37 varities (hybrid crosses) as materials . The results show that:1)Yield and yield components of ratooning rice of hybrid rice are better than those of conventional varieties;2)Number of panicles per plant,spikelets per panicle and filled grains per panicle are the most important factors that affect the yield of ratooning rice; 3)Evenness degree of plant height and panicle length were significantly negatively correlated with yield.
