Effects of Different Cultivations on Activities of Nitrogen Metabolisms Key Enzymes of Fodder Rice

In order to screen optimum cultivation which may increase protein contents in brown rice,effects of six kinds of different cultivations on activities of several key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in Xiangzaoxian24,a high protein fodder rice combination,were studied by way of field plot experiment and biochemistry analysis in lab.The results showed that recommended cultivation could obviously promote activities of nitrate reductase,glutamine synthetase,glutamine transfersase and protease in functional leaves and glutamine synthetase,glutamine transfersase in grain,eventually,protein contents in brown rice under the recommended cultivation were markedly uplifted.Among all these treatments,the protein N content in brown rice of treatment recommended cultivation was the highest and that of treatment with high N cultivation took the second place,and their protein N were increased by 9.8% and 7.5% respectively compared with treatment of conventional cultivation.
