Influences of Different Preserving Conditions on Shelf Life of Trichoderma reesei Spore Powder

Influences of different preserving conditions on shelf life of Trichoderma reesei spore powder in terms of preserving temperature, product moisture, protective agent and vector. The results showed that different preserving temperatures, product moistures, protective agents and vectors all had influence on preservation of Trichoderma reesei, among which the temperature had the largest influence, the protective agent followed, and then was moisture, and the vector had little influence. The screened optimal combination for extending shelf life for Trichoderma reesei was as follows: the preserving temperature was 5℃; moisture was 7%; protective agent was dextrin; the vector was humic acid.
