Research Progress on the Physiology-biochemistry Characteristics of Plant Phosphate Efficiency

Xi Jingen Sun Guangming Lu Chaozhong(South Subtropical Crops Research Institute, CATAS, Zhanjiang, Guangdong, 524091)  
This paper expounds on the recent research progress on the genetic mechanism of plant phosphate efficiency. This paper also probes into the effects of the root architecture, root morphology, root exudates and soil micro-organism on plant phosphate efficiency.
