Selection of Polymorphism of Brassica napus L R4 and 22B by AFLP Analysis

AFLP analysis were used in R4 and 22B, two parental lines in Brassica napus L. From the primary survey of 414 AFLP primer combinations, 147 AFLP primer combinations with polymorphism were selection, in which 120 AFLP primer combinations showed a high polymorphism ratio and a good repeatability. The bands amplified by each primer combination were 50, in which the polymorphism bands was 12.4. Based on the results, it can be concluded that high quality map will be obtained by AFLP molecular markers.
