Investigation on Boron Nutrition Status in Soil in Orchard in North Henan

HU Hui-ling,LI Gui-rong,ZHOU Jun-guo,LAN Yun-qi(Department of Horticulture,Henan Institute of Science and Technique Technology,Xinxiang 453003,China)  
The available boron and pH in 13 orchard soil sampled respectively from 13 counties in north Henan were determined,with the near soil grown with crop as ck.The result showed that the average boron content in the orchard soil was 0.390mg/kg,ranging from 0.270mg/kg to 0.463mg/kg and the average pH was 7.77,ranging from 7.31 to 8.23.There were significant relationship between pH and available boron content.
