The rice experiment was conducted with multiple varieties under different sowing dates,and the samples for the experiment analysis were collected at the different phases during rice filling stage.It was showed:(1) The development of unchalky rice rate could be simulated with logistic model and be described with three changing phases, of which the first one was the start period for the unchalky rice to form and it sustained for about 9~12 days; in the second phase the unchalky rice rate increased rapidly and the final phase was the one after which the unchalky rice rate reached more than 95% of its largerst value.(2) The development of unchalky rice rate was positively correlated with the accumulating rate of the rice seed weight,but the accumulating rate of the rice seed weight had a negative influence on the unchalky rice rate.(3) The 20-days after full heading date could be infered as the key stage of the development of the unchalky rice rate and effects of temperature on unchalky rice rate.(4) The high temperature during 20-days after full heading date was unfavorable to the development of unchalky rice rate.
