Objective To study the prognosis of patients with large hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage to remove hematoma ultra-early.Methods The total 92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups : study group (44 cases )were removed hematoma with mini-incision with 7 hours at the onset , control group (48 cases )were removed hematoma later than 7 hours. Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analysed. The death cases were 15and 27, the mild?the moderate?the severe cases with nerve fuctional defect were 12 and 5?12 and 6?5 and 10 in study group and control group ,respectively. The mortality(34.1%) , serious disability (17.2%) and of study group were less than control group(56.3%,47.6%) significantly (χ 2=4.54, P0.05; χ 2=5.35,P0.05 ).Conclusion It is the beneficial to reduce mortality and disability that the patients with large hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with removing hematoma ultra-early .
