Analysison the effect use of micro-invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral on hemorrhage

Gou Zhangyang,Qi Jian,Tang Wenguo,et al.Department of Neurosurgery,Affiliated North Sichuan Medical College,Nanchong 637000,China
Objective To evaluate the micro-invasive surgical therapy for intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Seventy patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated. They were randomly divided into ossicle fenestration control group by microsurgery through a small skull window, and test group by micro-invasive surgical therapy.Observation was made to compare the curative effects between the two groups. Results The micro-invasive surgical therapy was evidently superior to the conservative one in death rate and nerve functions recovery(P0.05).Conclusion The micro-invasive surgical therapy is a good method to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. It can reduce the mortality and facilitate the recovery of neural functions considerably.
