Objective Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm(SCVS) is one of the main factors influencing the SAH's prognosis. So finding SCVS's risk factors has important clinical significance. Methods Clinical data of 211 SAH cases, admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, were reviewed.Seventeen risk factors such as age, sex, history of hypertension and so on,were separately analyzed. Results There were 81 SCVS cases.Univariate analysis, age, history of hypertension,Hunter-Hess grade, modified Fisher grades, aneurysm location, fever and intraventricular hemorrhage reached statistical significance.Logistic analysis,age(OR=1.027,95%CI 1.002~1.053,P0.05)and modified Fisher grades(OR=2.985,95%CI 2.048~4.352,P0.05)entered the equation. Conclusion SCVS accountes for 38.4% of subarachnoid hemorrhage.SCVS after subarachnoid hemorrhage is the result of multiple factors co-action.Age and modified Fisher grades are independent risk factors for SCVS.
