Clnical analysis on continue hemorrhage after mini-wound treatment in hypertensive hemorrhage patients

Objective To analyze the cause of continue hemorrhage of hypertensive hemorrhage patients received mini-wound treatment.Methods Re-position method and mini-wound treatment with YL-Ⅰ style heamatoma smash puncture pin were used to treat 135 cases of hypertensive hemorrhage patients.Clinical meterials of 25 continue hemorrhage patients and 110 non-hemorrhage patients were stastically analyzed.Results The high pressure of continue hemorrhage patients was higher than that in the normal,the low pressure had no apparent difference,most of the hemorrhage(72%) happened after 4 hours in the operation.Conclusion Continue hemorrhage after mini-wound treatment has the relation to taking anti-congealling medicine and moving restlessly.Most of the patients happen after operation within 4 hours.
