Energy Spectrum of a Mesoscopic Non-linear Electronic Circuit

By using an approximately way,the non-linear mecsoscopic circuit with bi-direction diode is quantized,and the energy spectrum are given.The results show that it is related with circuit parameters.For example,the less the capacitance is,the lower the energy spectrum is.The essays discusses the ground energy,it may be either a negative value or a positive one.Under the condition stated in the essay,it will get an ideal result.
