Design of Mixture of Silly Sand Concrete Based on Orthogonal Test

A kind of silty sand concrete mixure ratio is designed. This concrete selects the silty sand on local beaches as fine aggregate of concrete. Three factors of soil cement ratio, water cement ratio and cement dosage are considered in an orthogonal test with three levels adopted in three factors. On the basis of range and variance analysis of the test results, the influence of different experimental factors on the 28 d compression strength and the slump is studied. A series of regression relationships of 28 d compression strength and the slump with regression software are derived. According to the corresponding curves, the optimal mixure ratio is obtained.
