GENETIC DIVERSITY OF SOYBEAN GERMPLASM RESOURCES FROM Zhejiang AND OTHER PROVINCES

Genetic diversity of 90 soybean germplasm resources from Zhejiang and other provinces had been evaluated by 47 SSR loci. The results indicated that 420 alleles were detected with varied range from 3 to 21alleles and averaged 8.94 alleles per locus. The distribution of Simpson index was 0.564~0.939 and mean Simpson index was 0.812, the distribution of Shannon-weaver index was 0.943~2.899 and mean Shannon-weaver index was 1.877. The range of Nei-Li similarity coefficient was from 0.5310 to 0.8619 with averaged of 0.6854, indicating that these materials had abundant genetic diversity. The results of clustering showed that 90 materials could be divided into two groups by setting similarity coefficients at 0.659. CategoryⅠincluded 45 materials which were mostly out of Zhejiang province and category Ⅱ included 45 materials mostly from Zhejiang province. It indicated that the clustering of SSR was related to material's sources and seed color.
