Study on Thermal Characteristics of 80 W LED Street Lamp

Junction temperature and thermal resistance are two important indexes for thermal performance,temperature has a significant effect on the performance of high-power LED street lamp.Based on the forward voltage measurement principle,test device was designed,temperature coefficient of a real 80W street lamp of LED company was obtained by fitting,junction temperature and thermal resistance were measured,and temperature distribution and heat characteristics were acquired.Research results provide important references for designing structure of LED street lamp.
