Detection of serum ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 in hepatitis B patients and its clinical significance

Objective: To investigate the value of serum ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 levels in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B and its clinical significance.Methods: Fasting serum levels of ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 was measured and analyzed by BeckmanCX-20-automatic biochemical Analyzer.Then detection results of these markers of 264 hepatitis B patients were compared with that of 52 control people.Results: Serum ChE and IL-10 levels were significantly lower,while the serum HA and IL-2 levels were significantly higher than those in control people,and the variation tendency was associated with the progression of the disease.Conclusion: ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 can be reference index for forecasting liver function state,and shows great value in grade diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis.
