YANG Guangyu,CHEN Zhong,HU Weicai,et al.Henan Provincial People's Hospital,Zhengzhou 450003,China
Objective To discuss cardiovascular complications and motality rate of patients undergoing thoracotomy for coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred fifty-seven cases of clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease receiving thoracotomy were analysed. Results The incidence of cardiac arrythmia was 86.62%,acute myocardial infarction was 2.55% and embolism was 3.82%.Total motality rate was 5.10%.Conclusion The risk is relatively higher in patients undergoing thoracotomy for coronary heart disease. The cardiovascular complications and motality rate can be reduced by enhancing perioperative mornitoring, reducing operative range and using supportive and curative drugs.
