Both can greatly increase their weight, lengthen the swimming time and improve memory, and there's none significant difference between the two. When 48 senile patients with deficiency syndrome were treated clinically, it indicated that the test group (30 patients) had an effective rate of 96. 7% and was superior to the control group (18 patients) in terms of the improvement of acratia, cardio palmus and waist soreness. It also contributes to a significant rise in CD3, CD4, NK cells and SOD - 1 and fall in ET - 1. This implies that it has a good anti - senility action.
