Design on the Water Release Structure of Baise Project

Mai Jiaxiang; Qin Yongheng(Guangxi Design Institute of Water Resources & Electric Power)  
The waster-releasing structure of Baize Project is designed in two tiers consisting of spillway andbreast outlets. The incorporated dissipator including flaring gate piers, breast outlets down-jump and stillingbasin, model experiment shows that the hydraulic condition meets the requirement of design.
