A strategic account of the rural pre-school education

Educational equality is embodied in the teaching equality.As of the rural pre-school education,nurses and teachers of the kintergardens are not so well fared as those in urban kintergardens in terms of the start,procedure,and effect.All this is due to the economic,social,cultural,and educational coditions.This paper studies countermeasures.
