Research Progress of Preparation of Micro-nano CuO with Different Morphology

CuO is an important anti-magnetic semiconductor material. Synthesis of CuO micro-nano material with uniform morphology and controllable size has been a very promising research area in recent years. The latest research result of CuO is summarized according to the different morphology of CuO micro-nano materials. The formation mechanism of flower CuO is introduced emphatically. Synthesis of high-purity nanometer materials with controllable morphology and structure is the important research direction of advanced and high-performance materials in the future.
