The Cultivation of Teachers' Practical Knowledge from the Perspective of Teacher Education: Situation and Strategies

It is widely acknowledged that practical knoledge is one of the main growing points in teacher professional development,which puts higher requirements toward teacher education.By analysing the situation of teacher education and existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the strategies of TPK training,such as optimizing teacher training curriculum system,focusing on field experience,developing self-reflexive capacity and strengthening in-service practice.
