Application of modified atmosphere packaging to keeping freshness of Collichthys

The paper deals with the effect of keeping freshness of Collichthys at 0-4℃ under different modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) conditions (60% CO 2+20%O 2+20% N 2 and 60% CO 2+40% N 2).It is indicated the modified atmosphere packaging is better as compared with air packaging and the group filled with the mixture of 60% CO 2+20%O 2+20% N 2 is the best of all, and moreover the shelf life can reach 20 days.
