Reconsideration of Chinese contemporary law education

Law education is the starting point of governing the country according to law and the cradle of cultivation of new socialist talents. Due to the ambiguity of the goal of legal education, the irrationality of the setting of law discipline makes the double attribute of academic research and professional practice of contemporary legal education seriously divorced from each other, which leads to the one-sided legal education problems of development. It is intended to bridge the gap between legal theory and legal practice,balance the allocation of legal education resources in different regions and different departments, and coordinate the administration of educational administration departments, the industrial management of legal departments and the self-discipline management of law institutes and institutes. It is necessary to establish the trinity curriculum design of legal professionalism, basic knowledge of law, legal occupation skills to fully implement the general secretary Xi Jinping's speech in the 19 th National Congress, to promote further prosperity of law disciplines.
