Fast Target-Detecting Algorithm Based on Invariant Moment

To improve the speed of matching with two dimension invariant moment of image, a fast target detecting algorithm based on invariant moment is put forward. First, the algorithm uses the invariant moment of image histogram filtered by mathematical morphology method to match, then two dimension invariant moment of image to test and verify. The experiment shows that the method can resist the effect of the brightness,contrast change and rotation of image, and reduce calculating time greatly.
