A Measurement of Optical Transfer Function of Infrared Hybrid Optical System and Its Realization

The principle that measuring the Optical Transfer Function (OTF) of infrared hybrid opticalsystem in knife-edge scanning was introduced. Using this method, a measurement system for performance ofinfrared hybrid optical system was designed, and it can be used in measurement of Point Spread Function andOTF. The imaging quality of 3~5 μm-wavelength infrared hybrid optical system was evaluated, and theresult was given. This measurement system has the actual meaning to the design, processing and imagequality evaluation of infrared hybrid optical system.
