Optimized implementation of correlation match algorithm on TMS320C6711

Correlation algorithm is a reliable match algorithm, which is widely used in digital signal processing, but the large calculating demand badly weaken the real-time performance of match algorithm. A faster calculation of line-by-line recursion for correlation algorithm is presented. Based on the features of TMS320C6711, the means of software optimization for DSP is proposed to improve real-time performance. The results show that the match speed is greatly improved by optimization.
