Development of amperometric biosensor based on acetylcholineserase for organophosphorus pesticides detection

The development of amperometric biosensor based on acetylcholinesterase for the determination of organophosphorus, enzyme immobilization technique, sorts and chemical modify of working electrode were reviewed. The prospects of aperometric biosensor based on acetylcholinesterase were also put forward.
