QUICK DETERMINATION OF COMPOSITION OF ETHYLENE RAW OIL BY NEAR INFRARED SPECTRUM

The race composition character basis data and near-infrared spectrum of ethylene raw oil were detected by chromatograph and near infrared spectrometer respectively.The correlation between the ethene raw oil race basis data and the near-infrared spectrum warehouse was established with chemistry metrology analysis software and two slanting minimal multiplication(PLS) method.The quantitative and qualitative analysis model of alkane,isomerism alkane,cycloparaffin hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,the olefin in ethene raw oil was established.The method is rapid and convenient with accurate results.It is suitable for quick determination in online production.
