Effects of Preparation Conditions on Catalytic Performance of MCM-22 Molecular Sieve for Gas Phase Isobutylene Oligmerization

MCM-22 molecular sieves were synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal method using hexamethyleneimineas organic template,silicon sol and sodium aluminate as silicon source and aluminum source,respectively,and effects of molar ratio of Si to Al and preparation conditions on catalytic performance of MCM-22 molecular sieves for gas phase isobutylene oligmerization were investigated. The results showed that the molar ratio of Si to Al had little effect on activity of MCM-22 molecular sieve,and appropriate preparation conditions were crystallization temperature 175℃,crystallization time 72 h,calcination temperature 500℃and ion exchange concentration 2 mol/L.Isobutylene oligmerization indicated that the MCM-22 molecular sieve exhibited high catalytic activity,and isobutylene conversion and C8 olefin selectivity were over 50%and 95%,respectively,under the reaction conditions of temperature 225℃and volume space velocity 240 h~(-1).
