Determination of trace elements in panaxquinquefoliumL

ZHANG Ni(Shaanxi Hanjiang Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,Hanzhong 723000,China)  
Dried PanaxquinquefoliumL produced from Hangzhong in Shannxi province was treated by microwave digestion method.At the same time,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ni,Ca,Mg and K were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the content of trace elements in dried PanaxquinquefoliumL were described as Ca、K、Fe、Ni、Mg、Cu、Zn were 515.54、677.50、408.26、118.30、179.81、20.99、170.88μg·g-1.
